The Reflex™ IFAK System Kit is a 2-piece system designed to organize tactical medical equipment and keep it accessible from both sides of the bag. Developed directly with medical personnel, the IFAK system is made from laminated nylon with a quick-release pocket function.

The kit contains high-quality life-saving equipment from North American Rescue for combat situations that often occur on the battlefield, according to TCCC guidelines. It is a medical device that helps reduce severe bleeding in injured people, control the situation in cases of stab wounds to the chest, and prevent hypothermia that often occurs at the scene before transporting the patient to a medical facility.

Special features

• The bag handle is made from HANK material, a combination of Neoprene and Kevlar, which is highly durable and extends its lifespan.

• Mounts for both vertical and horizontal use on 1.5" - 2.25" tactical belts and mounts horizontally for MOLLE system mounting.

• The internal storage compartment is well designed to allow easy access to all first aid kits.

• Carrying handle and elastic loop to allow the device to be rolled up to the patient or hung on an IV Rack.

• The mini MOLLE system can be securely mounted on a 1.5-inch belt or on a double-row MOLLE panel.
