Replacement Inner Pad Kit A set of replacement inner pads to restore comfort and protective performance to your helmet.

  • Designed to work with the FAST, Sentry and ACH family of helmets.

  • Easy and secure installation on the helmet with Velcro.

  • The pad is made from lightweight EEP material and has a special feature: it is covered with a layer of closed-cell LDV foam that protects against air, dust, and moisture, and is covered with an outer layer of breathable, sweat-absorbent, quick-drying, and easy-to-clean fabric.

  • The material is unaffected by various environmental conditions such as temperature changes, altitude, or even humidity.

  • The pads are specially shaped to fit the shape of your head, not just the usual flat rectangular pads.

  • The installation position can be adjusted to suit the comfort of each user while maintaining effective protection regardless of how it is arranged.

  • The set includes a total of 8 pads.



The Ops Core headgear foam insert is designed to fit all helmets, including the FAST and SENTRY series (police helmets), as well as the ACH series and similar helmets. It is easily installed via a Velcro system, allowing users to customize or change it to fit their body shape.
The set includes 8 pieces, divided according to the position of the helmet and the wearer's body. You can choose to buy a set of foam headrests for the M/L (standard) helmet size and for the XL and XXL helmets that are extra large.
