This kit is part of the process of developing skills and expertise, and building precise muscle memory to cope with pressure in real-world situations through simulation training.

The realistic Wound Packing Training Kit also supports detailed practice of the steps involved in packing gauze onto a wound, starting with cleaning the wound opening, finding bleeding points, opening gauze packets with soiled and slippery hands, packing gauze deep into bone, maintaining constant pressure while packing gauze onto a wound, and applying direct pressure to the wound.

The Task Trainer simulates wounds that can be repetitively trained over thousands of times, and when used in conjunction with TrueClot® Simulated Hemostatic Gauze to simulate wound thrombosis, it provides even more realistic simulation.
