An easy-to-install gun modification kit that simply swaps out the bolt carrier to transform your gun into a practice gun, providing the feel and functionality of a real gun, just like using real bullets.

A customization kit for the M16/M4 that works with all makes, types, and lengths of AR rifle platforms. It is specifically designed to prevent the ejection port cover from closing completely for safety and to show that training equipment is being used. The kit comes with a 30-round magazine.

Advanced security and protection system

The Colored Bullet Bolt Kit for the M16/M4 is specially designed to prevent the firing of live rounds in the 5.56mm/.223 caliber chamber. The misfire prevention system uses an eccentric firing pin design that will only work with UTM rimfire training ammunition. It cannot ignite live centerfire rounds.

When a live 5.56mm cartridge is chambered and the trigger is pulled, the firing pin is struck outside the primer chamber of the live cartridge, preventing it from igniting.

Instructions for use

• Weapons fitted with the UTM Color Bolt Kit must be fired only with a clean and dry barrel. Never use any lubricant inside the barrel.

• All ammunition should be kept out of reach of children.

• When installing for actual use, ensure that the chamber and barrel are cleaned of any debris, foreign matter, or bullet residue and are thoroughly inspected before use with live ammunition.
